Hi, I'm Tara. My philosophy is simple: yoga is for joy. Joy in your body and in your heart. Our bodies are joyful. Our natures are playful! My style of yoga blends playfulness and joy and grace of movement, with the pursuit of stillness and cultivation of compassion.
It will help you be still, be aware, and be present, but more than anything else, it should bring you joy.
As a yogi, so many people say to me "Oh, I'm not flexible, I can't do yoga". Or, "Yoga is just stretching, right?". Anyone can do yoga!
